So chuffed to have been selected for the SF Camerawork 2015 Annual Juried Exhibition, Heat. The show was on view from July 23 - August 22, 2015 at SF Camerwork - located on 1101 Market Street between 6th and 7th Street in San Francisco .
The exhibition responding to the concept of heat: the social, political, and climactic conflicts arising in rapidly changing environments.
I was with some outstanding artists including: Hannah Smith Allen, David Butow, Christopher Colville, Sean Deckert, Hiroyo Kaneko, Andrea Laue, Jennifer Little, Takeshi Moro, Camilo Ramirez, Larry Schwarm, and Daniel Tchetchik. Artists with work featured on the interactive digital monitors provided by Daylighted are: Daniel Farnum, Preston Gannaway, Millicent Harvey, Mandy Kendall, Barbara Kyne, Vanessa Marsh, Nick Meyer, Lee Nelson, Maria Daniela Quiros, Txomin Txueka, Andrew MK Warren, and Qian Zhao.
The stella jury for this exhibition was Jim Casper, Editor and Publisher, LensCulture; Pete Brook, Writer and Curator, Founder: Prison Photography; Seth Curcio, Associate Director, Pier 24; Janet Delaney, Artist and Educator; and Heather Snider, Executive Director, SF Camerawork.
